I intend to give two months notice on our flat tomorrow. This isn't directly due to the heating being bust; that's just a happy coincidence. Although it's too early to go hunting for a replacement yet, that hasn't stopped me . . . . . . . . .
We're in a similar situation... we know we have to move, but the flat has a two-month break clause. As it stands, it's actually easier for us to just stay out the lease, sadly. Happy hunting! :)
