katyha, we saw Chandy at the houses of parliament last night. I kept having an overwhelming feeling we were about to be found out and arrested (partly due to C saying things like "Can we go up here? I can't remember. Oh, let's do it anyway...").
We saw 15 minutes of the utterly fascinating Mersey Tunnel Bill (a proposal to index-link tolls on the afformentioned tunnel), went up on the roof garden, and I managed to avoid humming "Anarchy in the UK". With some difficulty.
