Of course, when I signed up to this, there was no 15GB "allowance". Plusnet unilaterally migrated me from 2Mbit unlimited to 8Mbit with a fairly small limit.

So, can anyone recommend an ADSL provider that doesn't suck, for when we move house? They would need to be able to provide a static IP address.

I run Linux at home, so utorrent isn't an option. And it doesn't look like bittornado supports encryption. Bah.

The only BT site I use is PureTNA (NSFW).
