I come quite close to being a fundamentalist Stallmanite. I do install non-free software, but I have vrms installed to nag me about it each month. acroread is probably the only one I *really* couldn't do without - not until gv is upgraded to PDF1.3 anyway.
Yes, especially the ICQ client which reveals your IP address to every Tom, Dick and Harry. I personally prefer Trillian, but it has a tendency to sometimes unexpectedly crash.
Is generally full of bugs and viruses, it played lots of havock with my machine, be warned. Gave up using it when it kept insisting on sending complete histories to people.
tell me this....... Is there a difference between IRQ and IRC??? It,s just I use IRC, well...mIRC,which is a chat programme which enables easier viewing of content & dl etc....so can ya let me know. and also.........which % peroxide do you use on your roots mate??:)
