Ow

Last night, after I went to bed I noticed the bar from my right nipple was lying in the bed next to me.

Closer inspection suggested it had lain there all day as the hole had partly healed up. I managed to force it back in (I'm either stupid, masochistic or both) and disinfect it, but it's still hurting. I was very panicky for a while, thinking it had healed completely and I was going to have to have it re-pierced!

Job is, errrr... job-like. It's just tedious not knowing anyone and having to look interested and helpful all the time...

I just gave myself a nasty shock. I was trying to work out when I was getting paid, how much and by whom. My old employers were experimenting with messing around with when they paid us "for tax reasons" and I've changed jobs, blah. Anyway I did the sums wrong, and thought I had about £500 to live on from now till the new year.

(My apologies to anyone who does only have that much, but it was a shock, see?)
