Am I the only person who's not afflicted with hayfever or gothdom and is actually enjoying the summer? Apart from having to spend large swathes of it indoors writing software of course.
And on a related note, why are so many of my friends *aspiring* to gothdom? Like, that pub at the weekend? With the trannies? Why was that advertised to us as a goth pub?
Rant rant rant.

No you're not
If it wasn't for the fact that I can't wear my vest or shorts to work (not smart enough) and the fact that it's now fainting season on the tube again, I would be very happy.
My seratonin levels are up, sleep patterns are good and energy levels are racing!
And I'm *not* heading for gothdom anymore than you! Okay so I wear black occasionally, but thats about it really. I can do goth if I want, but all that makeup gets irritating and I can't walk in heels. The pub was not advertised as a goth club, S just called it that 'cos thats where some of them hang out till it gets to middmoon and they can go outside and get really pasty.
Stop whining little one! Life is good, weather is warm, sex is sticky and ice-cream is cold. All good things I think.
See you soon babe

I don't like it when it's too hot and you can't escape from the sun, and even when layered with sunblock you're itching and sweating and burning, but I love long summer nights, when the sun doesn't go down until 9pm or later, and you can go for long walks with loved ones.

I think I probably am an aspiring goth, but I'm not going to let it affect the other bits of me. It's a facet rather than a lifestyle in my case.
I do want to go to Slimelight though. But I don't have a free Saturday night till September. (Eeek.)
